1.) What are some of the highlights and successful moments in the 2015 show season for you?
I had an unbelievable year. At US Nationals just in the Hunter/Show Hack devisions I won 2 Championships and 1 Reserve and my clients won 1 Championship and 2 Reserves and 12 Top Tens. My youth riders were all outstanding at Youth with 8 Championships, 2 Reserves and 24 Top Tens in Hunter/Show Hack. Scottsdale was amazing with 11 Championships, 6 Reserves and 49 Top Tens in the Hunter/Show Hack divisions. There are no words to explain the excitement I feel when a client and their horse show well – the ribbon is just the icing on the cake.
2.) Who has been your biggest influence in the Arabian breed in getting you to where you are today?
I have been doing this for so many years that I can not even begin to name all of the people that have been instrumental in getting me to where I am today. However, I would like to thank them all (you know who you are), as I am getting to live my dreams.
3.) If someone were to describe you, what would they say about you?
I am honest, ethical, fair and a very hard worker.
4.) Name one show ring quirk you have:
I really don’t have one. As I enter the ring my focus is on the job at hand – to show the horse I am riding to the very best of my ability. I don’t have time to be worried about anything else.
