1.) What are some of the highlights and successful moments in the 2015 show season for you?
I love every minute I have with my horses in the arena, but my highlights of 2015 were three Championships and two Reserve Championships at Scottsdale. I finished out the season at Youth Nationals with two National Championships, three Reserve National Championships, and four National Top Tens.
2.) Who has been your biggest influence in the Arabian breed in getting you to where you are today?
My two biggest influences and supporters would have to be my aunt, Robin Porter and my trainer, Josh Quintus at Colonial Wood Training Center. They both have taught me from day one to work hard for my dreams and don’t stop working until they become a reality. I can’t express enough appreciation, respect, and gratitude for all they have done for me.
3.) If someone were to describe you, what would they say about you?
According to my closest friend, she described me as a horse lover, goal achiever, and God lover.
4.) Name one show ring quirk you have:
Oh, this is an easy one! I tend to bite my lip when I am really focused while riding my horses. When I am showing, you will constantly see me biting my lip. I don’t even realize it until I see my pictures.
